Papier-mâché makes a mask fit perfectly
Maskshopvenice.com sells original handmade Venetian masks, which have been made by the unique papier-mâché base. Papier-mâché masks are made of layers of glue-saturated paper. After the drying process the papier-mâché mask is sanded. The results are a strong, light and flexible mask base. Due to their flexibility they can fit every face. Because our masks are made by hand and by several mask makers, each piece is unique and may therefore differ slightly from the images on the website.

Shipping cost by local post and delivery time 
Europe € 13,00 per order, Delivery time 4 – 8 business days.
Outside Europe € 25,55 per order, Delivery time 6 - 14 business days. 
Netherlands € 6,75 per order, Delivery time 2 – 3 business days. 

Unfortunately, due to the coronavirus and lack of staff there can be delays at customs and delivery services.

Dissolving Conditions & Return
In the unlikely case that delivery takes longer than 30 days you have the right to cancel the order. In this case, please let us know as soon as possible so the shipment can possibly be stopped on time. After receipt of the mask, you can return it, if unused, within 14 days without stating reasons. Purchase amount and shipment costs will be refunded. The mask(s) must be returned at own expense and at own risk. Add a note to the return consignment with name, address, order number and International Bank Account Number (IBAN). Customers from outside Europe must put the note “RETURNED GOODS” on the parcel to avoid customs fees. Don't forget to send us an e-mail to mail@maskshopvenice.com with the tracking information.
