Returns & Refunds within the EU:
If you want to return your order, please contact us as soon as possible explaining the reason why the order is being returned. Returning a mask is only possible within 14 days from its reception, provided that the mask is not used and that it is still in its original packaging. IMPORTANT: Customers returning an orders from outside the EU, must put the note “RETURNED GOODS” on the parcel. Failure to do so may result in extra customs expenses which will be deducted from your account.
Overseas customers:
Receiving an order outside the EU may entail import costs. It is usually the case only with big orders. However, to be on the safe side, contact your local authorities for the details.
Damaged Items:
